The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

            Eng. Senate Bill No. 592 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §8-15-20a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; to amend and reenact §16-4C-6 of this code; and to amend said code by adding thereto a new section, designated §16-4C-6d, all relating to advanced care technicians and emergency medical technicians; authorizing commissioner of the Bureau of Public Health to certify certain scopes of practice and levels of certification; requiring an applicant to be certified; requiring examination for certification; and providing for qualified veterans to take certification examinations.”
